Update on Pallet Nail Market, ITC Rejects ADD on Steel Nails - Mar 17, 2023
This decision follows a similar determination reached by the USITC on countervailing duties (CVD) in September of last year. A primary reason was the high cost of international ocean freight during the investigation period. The trade case was brought by Mid-Continent Steel & Wire on the behalf of U.S. producers.; Kamps, Inc. Acquires Twin City Pallet, Inc.: This is the second acquisition by Kamps in the region over the past 12 months. Located in Hastings, Minnesota, the acquisition of Twin City expands Kamps’ national presence to 62 asset-based locations.
