There are three major programs offering grant funding: the Wood Innovation Grants, the Community Wood Energy Grants and the Wood Products Infrastructure Assistance Grants. He first started in the pallet business in January of 1984.; California Recyclers Continue to Fight, Talk with CHEP Over Fair Compensation: At issue is the interpretation of AB 1760, a law passed in 2022 dealing with recycler rights and obligations when it comes to handling and returning stray proprietary pallets. AB 1760 updated rules on how recyclers or junk dealers can acquire, purchase, possess or sell marked bulk merchandise pallets.
