New Trucking Regulations Proposed - Feb 4, 2011
The trucking industry is looking at two proposed pieces of legislation that could make a large impact on the entire supply chain. A change to the hours-of-service (HOS) requirements and mandatory electronic onboard recorders (EOBRs) to monitor drivers’ HOS compliance have both recently been proposed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
