IVISYS and CHEP Reach Agreement on Patent Dispute - May 15, 2026
In accordance with the agreement, neither party admits any liability, wrongdoing or improper conduct. The lawsuit was brought by CHEP USA last April in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. The case was settled before going to trial. CHEP declined to comment on the lawsuit.; Hinton Lumber Begins Production At New Charleston, South Carolina Facility: This facility is equipped with a CAPE highspeed nailing line including cutting edge automation and quality control technology. The new location was added to support customers in the Southeast and produce high-volume block, stringer, chemical pallets (CP), and heat-treated pallets for export.
