Gibson Resolves Lacey Act Case - Aug 10, 2012
Gibson Guitar Corp. has entered into an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to resolve a criminal investigation into allegations that the company violated the Lacey Act by illegally purchasing and importing ebony wood from Madagascar and rosewood and ebony from India.
