A recent fire destroyed Hershberger Manufacturing’s pallet plant in Windsor, Ohio. Beginning last month OSHA has adjusted the civil penalty amounts it charges for workplace safety and health violations. OSHA reminds employers of their obligation to post a copy of OSHA’s Form 300A.
