ITC Rejects ADD on Steel Nails, Updated on Nail Markets as Prices Come Down - Mar 29, 2023 
This decision follows a similar determination reached by the USITC on countervailing duties (CVD) in September of last year. A contact familiar with the case said the target was the construction sector and for the pallet industry only coil nails, not machine grade bulk nails, were primarily affected.; Pallet Foundation and NWPCA Collecting Data for Pallet Market Research Survey: The deadline for completing and submitting surveys is approaching. Key issues the survey seeks to answer are the current size of the industry, key changes as well as the impact of the pandemic on the industry.; Brambles Profitability Jumps Thanks to Price Increases: The company also announced that pallet return rates have increased in the United States as retailers are starting to destock their supply chains. This decision follows a similar determination reached by the USITC on countervailing duties (CVD) in September of last year. A primary reason was the high cost of international ocean freight during the investigation period. The trade case was brought by Mid-Continent Steel & Wire on the behalf of U.S. producers.; Kamps, Inc. Brambles Profitability Jumps Thanks to Price Increases - Mar 10, 2023 
Higher pricing has helped the rental giant recover margin lost over the last two years.
