DOC Rules Vietnam Hardwood Plywood Products Are Subject to China Duty - Jul 21, 2023 
The DOC found that 37 companies were trying to circumvent duties and that the products were actually a product of China. EPAL Cracks Down on Counterfeit Pallets, Sold as 2nd Class Pallets, Possibly from Illegal Sources - Jul 14, 2023 
Officially, EPAL does not offer substandard pallets using its trademark. The association stated that these counterfeit pallets have been offered at “conspicuously low prices."
