DOC Rules Vietnam Hardwood Plywood Products Are Subject to China Duty - Jul 21, 2023
The DOC found that 37 companies were trying to circumvent duties and that the products were actually a product of China. EPAL Cracks Down on Counterfeit Pallets, Sold as 2nd Class Pallets, Possibly from Illegal Sources - Jul 14, 2023
Officially, EPAL does not offer substandard pallets using its trademark. The association stated that these counterfeit pallets have been offered at “conspicuously low prices." Respondents stated that pallet demand has dropped from the historical highs of the last two years.
