This guide is designed to help subscribers use and get the most out of the new online system. Every week, you will receive an email or text message alerting you when the latest issue has been posted. This message will highlight the key news articles in the issue as well as offer a link to the login page.
You can login to your subscription whenever you want by visiting www.palletprofile.com/pallet and typing your login ID and password.

Question: I have been locked out of my account and can't access a particular issue. Why did this happen?
Answer: Each subscriber is allowed only a limited number of accesses per month per issue. This is built into the system to prevent unauthorized sharing of a subscription. You should keep your subscription ID and password secret. If you share it with others, you run the risk of not being able to get access yourself. If you get locked out of the system, contact technical support.
Question: I can't seem to remember my password?
Answer: You can either click on the "Forget my Password" link on the login page to have the system email you your password. Or you can call our technical support Help line at 800-805-0263. This phone line is manned only during normal work hours from 9-5 Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Question: How do I find old issues in your archive?
Answer: Click on the archives tab on the top navigation menu. Then you can click on a particular year to bring up a list of issues you can access. Or you can use the search function to locate the desired issue. Currently, the archive has eight years of back issues that can be downloaded. Our staff will add more in the future.
Question: How do I search your archive via keyword?
Answer: You can either conduct a search on the main screen in the search box or click on the search tab in the top navigation menu. You can narrow keyword searches by adding date ranges. Search results show the issue date and context of the search term.
Question: What is the "Forward a Friend" feature?
Answer: This feature allows subscribers to forward a limited number of issues per year to a limited number of other people. Once you have reached the limit, you will no longer be able to forward issues using the system. Then, you would need to click on the "Reprints" tab on the navigation menu for more information.
Question: How do I print?
Answer: You can print individual issues by clicking on an issue and then clicking on the little print icon. Then click "Print."
