The implementation of OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) mandating employers with more than 100 workers to require vaccination or testing and masking of their workforce has been suspended. Florida Police Charge Pallet Suppliers with Pallets and Trailers Worth Over 935K - Dec 9, 2021
It all started with an investigation in late July after a theft of seven semi-trailers from two different distribution centers – Saddle Creek Logistical Services in Auburndale and the Walmart Distribution Center in Winter Haven. Detectives were able to identify the semi-truck trailers and tied them to JCI Pallet.; Cross Border Vaccine Requirement Could Further Restrict Trucking Capacity: Canadian vaccine requirements are set to take effect on January 15th for U.S. drivers crossing the border.
